我的小腿從以前到現在就很粗~都是脂肪的感覺,小腿肚很大很軟~沒什麼肌肉
爬了爬幾次文聽說要瘦小腿的脂肪,有效方法就是有氧運動
剛好學校有游泳池跟跑步機、腳踏車,打算辦運動卡每天去學校健身房報到
請問各位大大
不知道游泳跟跑步還有騎腳踏車,可以幫助瘦小腿嗎?!以上這些都算有氧運動嗎?
麻煩各位的意見了!!
