最近才開始有氧運動!!!從上星期開始 一星期4天吧
每次一小時
但是令人沮喪的是
體重從之前67慢慢變67.4 67.8 今天終於到68了
我吃得比以前少一些 但只有一些些 但有克制自己不要吃甜食飲料
又很努力運動
但是體重實在讓我很灰心耶!!!
體脂 也沒差多少 34% 變 33.5% 這根本在誤差值內阿!!!
我想問大家 有經歷過這時期嗎??
這是正常的嗎???
還是和我小紅來有關呢?? 但今天已經是第五天了
為什麼體重不能給我些鼓勵呢?? 哀哀
我現在是166cm 68kg
三餐內容大概是
早 乾麵一碗
午 便當 飯一半 (控肉 雞腿 排骨)
晚餐 便當 飯一半
偶爾會吃一顆巧克力 或是蔓越莓乾 糖果 解嘴饞
有時會吃點水果 蘋果 芒果 水梨 奇異果 都會吃
飲料現在都不碰了!!!
