早餐 無糖紅豆湯 泡三合一燕麥(燕麥+卵磷脂+牛奶) ==> 一小鍋
午餐 外食素食蔬菜麵(白麵+蔬菜+一顆蛋) 很清淡幾乎水煮
晚餐 無糖紅豆湯 泡三合一燕麥(燕麥+卵磷脂+牛奶) ==> 一小鍋
素食水煎包二個
宵夜 泡三合一燕麥 or 一份麵包
另外會泡黑糖薑茶喝
天氣冷容易餓,本來不吃宵夜,最近宵夜時間會發餓。
吃的比原本的飲食還要飽足許多,這樣算不算吃太多。
我的基代約為1200大卡 這樣有超過嗎?
對熱量沒甚麼概念 常吃的燕麥約2~3大湯匙尖尖的(家用匙)
長年吃素 所以不含肉類等葷食
