月經來之前好想吃甜的OTZ - 健身

觀察自己一段時間了,發覺我只要月經快來的前4~5天
就會好想吃甜的東西啊!!!!
平常的時候,正餐吃完就不太會有慾望碰零食
水喝一喝就可以來到下一餐的時間
可是月經來前的4、5天,幾乎每一分每一秒都在想甜的東西啊 OTZ
像我今天就吃了六個小咖啡捲外加一包營養口糧...
昨天也是咖啡捲外加麥芽餅...
前天甚至秒殺蛋糕 (抱頭)
好煩喔,
明明之前都是正常飲食,也靠著每天運動1~1.5小時 體重略下滑了兩公斤
現在這樣爆走讓我有種前功盡棄的挫折感
可是不吃又會滿腦子想著甜的東西
我大概是那種有點完美主義的人,所以這種挫折感真的困擾著我 OTZ
我該怎麼辦啊...
