我這兩天比平常多吃了約500卡的東西 (紅豆湯之類的..)
平常都會慢跑8~9公里 但是來的時候都好累就不能跑只想散步走路..Orz
希望不會因為一個月的這幾天讓之前的努力都不見呀呀呀呀呀
