最近要開始瘦身計劃
不過 認識我的人一定覺得我瘋了
因為小弟的身材是滿標準的170/58((還可以吧@@
但是!!!!衣服底下藏著一個很大的秘密
沒錯 我的肚子不小 嗚嗚
OK我知道跑步跑步跑步!!
但我有個疑問就是
跑步的時間點??
附近的小學下午5點開到下午6點
可是運動完接著就吃晚餐似乎很難消肚子
吃完晚餐跑OK嗎?
還是晨跑?早上剛起床是我肚子最標緻的時候了= =
還有什麼是無氧運動什麼是有氧??
