從開始減肥到現在
看過了很多網站跟文章
有些說 每天吃1000大卡就夠了
但板上的文章有些說1200一定要
更有些文章是說要吃滿基礎代謝的熱量(我算公式平均是1300)
公式算出來每日所需(消耗)大概1600~1800
剛剛算完了我想要減掉的體脂肪需要88天/一天300卡
那這樣我到底一天要吃下多少東西才可以呢??
我目前每天吃1000~1100 月經來前嘴巴癢會吃到1300
如果有出去聚餐約會差不多會到1500(平均一個禮拜1次)
基本每天跳鄭多燕 (月經來的時候前兩天好累不想動就不會跳)
