我本身是男生,體重95KG
最近跟朋友約好要開始減肥...
早餐:水煮蛋 or 自泡咖啡+牛奶(約400~500CC)
午餐:一般咖哩料理包(包裝標示300卡以內)+白飯一碗
晚餐:媽媽煮(有多吃青菜跟少吃肉...)
加上每日運動慢跑30分鐘+單車往返20分鐘,共50 or 60 min
加上1500 CC 白開水
持續2周...居然
...沒有任何反應
...我朋友運動沒有我多,吃跟我差不多,水也沒有我喝的多
70公斤兩週後瘦到68KG...
我的身體代謝是已經停止了嗎?
更氣的是...在我吃完中秋烤肉後,我居然胖了一公斤...
好沮喪喔...正在考慮該繼續還是要去減肥門診給醫生看...
