有人上拳擊有氧會有這種情況嗎? - 健身

之前坐辦公室根本沒運動體力太差(165cm/50kg/體脂30%/低血壓),
這半年來開始上健身房騎腳踏車鍛鍊體力。
感覺體力似乎有改善一點點。
因為想減脂丶也有試著上幾次拳擊有氧。
可是往往才剛上幾首歌丶卻在身體僅稍微感到累時就已經喘不過氣來了。
有提醒自己呼吸和喝水也沒用…
即使很想用力上完丶但那種心跳很快且十分頭昏(腦充血?)的感覺讓我不敢繼續下去丶怕
自己會昏倒丶
往往途中就離開教室了...很丟臉...
(但其實之前根本沒昏倒過的情形丶只是會怕)
請問這種情況是正常的嗎?
是不是我對自己太溫和了、應該要硬上完整堂課才是對的?
還是我應該要想其他方法來增強體力?
飛輪感覺比較溫和?
剛剛又從課堂中逃出來了...很沮喪...
