先說我自己就是這樣的人
不知道從什麽時候開始 飲食控制從單純的注意熱量
到開始在意PFC(蛋白質.脂肪.碳水)比例
然後接著會考慮蛋白質來源 有哪些類型胺基酸 吸收速率 飽和/不飽和脂肪 Omega369
GI值多少 有哪些維生素與礦物質 微量元素 鈉含量會不會太高 纖維夠不夠
所有的食物在眼中都被解構成只是營養素的組合
用餐時間第一個考慮的不是想吃什麽料理 而是先分析每道食物的營養比例
去超商買東西第一個先翻背面營養成份表 心算一下單位價格可以買到多少蛋白質
外食很難抉擇 因為看不到蛋白質脂肪碳水比例
看美食節目無感 對於高級食材還是色香味俱全沒興趣 只想問他的營養成份如何
有時候自己開伙 就是一瓢糙米 蒸一塊肉 燙一把菜 灑一點鹽 喝一匙油
算一下營養比例正確 就解決了
沒有考慮太多調味還是好不好吃的問題 反正到肚子裡都是營養素而已
(當然我還是有注意多元飲食 還有天然飲食的原則)
也不算刻意養成的 只是當對營養知識研究得越多 不知不覺就養成這種習慣
朋友說我這樣飲食一點樂趣都沒有 但我也想不到這樣吃有什麽缺點
