記得我大學剛畢業出來工作時
常常很晚睡覺隔天精神還是很好
也可以盡情的吃好料(炸的、甜的)
體重還是維持標準的5X公斤(我大概170)
不小心稍微變胖時
多點運動或少吃一點便能恢復身材
畢業7年以後
難得吃幾天炸物和連續兩週每天喝含糖飲料
肚子就明顯大了一圈
體重也加3公斤
而且難以恢復身材
不曉得女生的代謝到底隨著年齡增加而下降的多快?
想問問版友的經驗
