有人先游泳或練肌力再跑步的嗎? - 健身

因為自己游泳可以一直游-游2-3小時都可以,跑步或騎飛輪就很累,連30分都沒有
主要是大腿很痠導致做不下去,但是體力整體有上升沒錯。
我想請問大家,我應該按照教練說的訓練肌力-用健身房的器材做3組器材、每個做10下就好
我個人是比較想跑步、也喜歡跑步,不喜歡騎腳踏車,而游泳我覺得太花時間。
我想問怎樣讓大腿不要那麼快痠-----要先用器材訓練還是先游泳來訓練?有人有經驗嗎?
