我好幾次的訓練傷害都不是在訓練中造成的
本來在運動的過程是好好的都沒有痛感沒覺得不舒服,也不會刻意挑戰極限,硬撐
最近傷到前三角肌
最後一次的重訓是受傷的前3個鐘頭的臥推
讓肩膀垮掉的最後一根稻草是在我很平常的拆裝組合書櫃的時候
不管我多麼的小心臥推的動作,去注意肌肉的感受,不刻意完成某次數,但卻還是受傷了
我還沒進入練肌肥大周期就受傷,真的很嘔
記得以前也有過類似的經驗,晨跑半小時,下午接著騎單車到處跑,隔天上班也沒幹嘛
下背就突然劇痛
運動當下沒有感到不適,也沒受到傷,可是卻還是受傷了,這叫我怎麼反省阿?
