因為昨天運動扭到腳(腳踝)
這幾天應該沒辦法再進行打球 跑步等習慣的運動
但腦中忽然想不到什麼可以做的運動
有朋友推薦仰臥起坐
但這似乎只能做一下(最多60下也才10分鐘)
不知道有沒有可以至少做30分鐘的運動是不用腳的呢
