最近因為疫情在居家隔離
在研究徒手訓練
想到一個問題
一般來說大家都說全程訓練比半程訓練,可以待動更多肌群
那如果說,我每天都用最大的力量,去腿推家裡牆壁
想當然,牆壁一公分也不會移動,所以我是做零程訓練
但我每天如果都用到力竭的程度去推牆壁
這樣會有效果嗎
蠻好奇有這方面的研究嗎
我力竭了,可是我一公分都沒移動
這樣到底會發生什麼事呢
