受傷前我的長跑成績也是很威的啊
腳扭傷後成績就回不去了
這幾年重訓佔了7成,也玩單槓和雙槓
三鐵和野跑佔3成.
標鐵最佳2小時28
也玩過2次超鐵226
2次半超鐵113
成績普普就是了
現在基本上一週只跑1次
要不是4分半速跑個1小時就收工
不然就排個50分鐘的全身性肌力間歇運動,burpee,跳繩梯,spiderman walk之類的
再用5分速跑個1小時.
(對我來說,這訓練比跑個20,30km來的有效率)
連間歇都很少跑
在不求上凸臺的前提下,我是覺得這樣的量就夠了
