減肥,啊到底希望減幾次啦?( ̄□ ̄|||)a
目前的狀態,不就是自已的生活方式和習慣所造就,既然反映出來的結果
不甚令人滿意(所以才想減肥嘛),何不汲取正確知識,重新建立良好的
觀念(除惡務盡),在不大影響現有生活習慣及造成現有生活品質困擾的
前提下,循序漸進的改善自身的運動、飲食、作息....等,使之慢慢的融
入生活成為作息的一部份,就讓它成為像呼吸一樣自然的反射動作?!
(最好是薄到讓人幾乎感覺不到它的存在 XD)?!( ′-`)y-~
常看到有的人會藉口說怕被認識的人認出來、怕跌股(丟臉)、怕被酸、
怕被笑、怕這怕那、怕東怕西怕南又怕北....當然啦,不否認有時候有的
版友可能睪固酮濃度高了點,而回話的PH值也不是太高這樣..╭ ﹀◇﹀〣
話說回來,這摸多禁忌卻還放任自已成就龐然大物??然後還怕被噓?囧
再者,發個具『可信度』的減肥文很難嗎?( ̄▽ ̄||)
當版友(包括在下)看到站內信的內容,和po在版上的減肥文完全不一樣
、或是在他版看到同個人PO出長相迥異的減肥相關文的時候....〒△〒
請問版友(包括本人)在原文推文或甚至回文給建議是呷爸淫淫某歹擠罪
給心酸的嗎?╮(′~‵〞)╭
這也是造成版友(包括本人)回文量銳減的主因之一啊...o(〒︿〒)o
如果真的有心痛改前肥,懇請把具可信度的減肥文發在版上吧...m(_ _)m
如果連這點都面對不了,我實在想不出哪來長期抗戰的決心好幫助自已成
功脫離肥滿人生!╮(° □。)╯
