今天第一次請教練幫我量體脂肪與全身肌肉量
以下是測量出來的結果,肌肉測量沒拍到。
基代好低阿...
但是我肚子很肥我不相信我體脂只有14%
教練說我四肢其實不胖,都集中在肚子
年齡/身高/體重: 20 / 170 / 70
體 脂 : 14%
內臟脂肪: 8
身體年齡: 29
B M I: 25.3
基礎代謝率:1666
我原本跑步機調9跑10分鐘,接著調11跑15分鐘,再調13跑五分鐘,再8當休息5分鐘
剛好35分鐘,跑兩次為70分鐘,結束會有快死的感覺整件內褲溼透超爽。
一禮拜大約去六次。幾乎沒做重訓。
教練說他常看到我再跑,但是今天測出來的結果你肌肉量太低了。
教練:你跑這麼快是在燒肌肉你知道嗎?妳之後調8左右跑半小時就好,
再搭配腰部重訓加上腹部訓練,這樣效果才會好。
今天調8跑35分鐘沒什麼感覺耶.....,之前版友還說習慣後速度要再加快才行
所以我想加到12、13,才一直加快。
但今天教練又這樣說,叫我加強重訓部份。
之後補一句: 做重量燃燒脂肪不比有氧慢,如果不做重量只做有氧體脂降低
體態也不會漂亮,就像大球變小球一樣還是圓的。
所以我要聽誰????
