有氧後多久重訓佳??? - 健身

我在版上看了好多文
說要有氧 & 重訓雙管齊下才比較健康好看
我也買了啞鈴組
看了置底文說了如果比較忙的話
有氧&重訓可以同一天做
但是我看了好多文章
有兩個版本
其一:先重訓 再有氧
其二:先有氧 再重訓
(同一天)
其二似乎是對新手比較好??
那大概要有氧過後的幾分鐘開始重訓呢????
其實我也只是舉啞鈴而已@@~ 2kg的
我想上升我的基代 呵呵~
