自從年過30後,吃一樣的東西。
但是體重漸增。
身高175cm
體重目前82.x kg
體脂家裡量是22.x%
有氧運動很討厭做。
跑步、游泳。都覺得頗累。
健身器材就是用啞鈴做一些
胸背腿動作。
早餐吃早餐店
中餐外食
晚餐吃老媽做的飯。
(老媽做的飯真的夭壽好吃,常常都吃太多)
吃完又吃一堆水果。
其實也知道飲食才是關鍵。
然後要增加有氧運動的比例。(根本沒在做吧你~)
最近都請老婆晚上羞辱本魯
CALL ME胖子
做重訓做起來比較有勁~
不過重訓之前去健身房,做一個伸展下背的機器。
結果背就拉傷了,有點誇張。
到現在一個多月都沒有好。
決定再去看一次醫生,想請醫生照X光或MRI看背到底怎麼回事。
