最近開始跳鄭多燕有氧體操,
我一開始的前七天天天都跳1.5小時
但是到了這一兩天,膝蓋很不舒服(蹲不太下)
這個運動有重複性的蹲站,
而且蹲會強調姿勢正不正確,
其實即使正確的姿勢不段的重複使用(overuse syndrome)都會增加膝關節的壓力。
所以現在改跳鄭多燕其他比較不激烈的運動,
其實鄭多燕真的有效,腰部腿部跳一跳變很緊實,
不然就去河濱河濱公園走路 XD
不知道大家有沒有同樣的經驗 :)
