下班吃完飯隔一小時去運動
大概八點半運動到9點半
快走50分或是游泳50分
主要以有氧為主
所以回到家也快10點了
如果無糖豆漿和香蕉只選一樣補充熱量
想請問喝豆漿好還是補充碳水化合物好
就寢時間11點半!!
