版上各位大大,麻煩您們幫我確認一下我這樣對不對?
我現在每天會在下午四點到五點快走/慢跑一個鐘頭。
應該是有達到有氧的130心跳要求。
我的問題是:
我原本是晚餐不吃澱粉。
(早餐是兩片全麥土司夾蛋,加上一碗公燕麥片,
澱粉類都在早餐吃掉了)
但是我現在想消脂,
爬文看到說脂肪需要澱粉才會燃燒。
我現在的晚餐都是生菜吃到飽加半碗瘦肉。
晚餐時間是大概五點十五左右就吃了。
問題是:
我的晚餐要吃澱粉才能消脂嗎?
是不是我該在晚餐吃一點澱粉類才會消脂比較快?
可以請版上的大大給我一個確認嗎?
