個人已持續三個月 每天騎兩次橢圓機 早上50分鐘 晚上45分鐘
最近看到

書中提到
同樣的心肺運動維持好幾周甚至幾個月,身體的機能會自動地以抄近路的方式去完成
每次的運動,燃燒脂肪的效果會漸漸地降低
請問一下
1.維持同樣的有氧運動 燃燒脂肪的效果 會降低很多嗎???
2.針對這樣的情形 是要增加有氧運動的強度嗎? 還是換其他種有氧運動??
