還是好話先說在前面 這篇很適合初學者
是一個保險 低風險的減重方式 吃到基代 並且多運動 老生常談
如果你對身體的機轉不求甚解 照著這篇做就行了
但有些真相 在下面 喜歡就看 不喜歡就是這樣

這篇有一個致命性的謬誤
就是當你吃不到基代的時候 究竟會發生什麼事情??
版娘用了 很重的字眼
說會造成嚴重飢餓、神經衰弱、雞皮鶴髮、急性痛風、身體虛弱、免疫力低下等問題
這是對的嗎?
其實也不能說錯 但是這並不能說是吃不到基代會發生的事情
而是營養不良的情況會發生的事情
正常來說 假設你的基代是 1200卡的話
你只吃了 1000卡 是不是就會發生這些嚴重的後果?
我可以告訴你 現代營養學證明 根本就不會!!!
身體沒有這麼笨 身體的機轉本身就不是這樣運作的
"吃不到基代並不會先想辦法減弱身體的消耗"
而是增加從身體的細胞獲得養分 >>> 分解脂肪 (當然也會分解肌肉)
而這些 就是你可以瘦掉的部分
假如你是個體脂肪正常(不過度肌瘦的人)
一般來說 即便你吃不足基代 200~300卡之間 身體會從脂肪細胞獲得他要的能量
而非常不傾向去減低身體的消耗
至於下面推文說會瘦肌肉跟瘦肥肉 1:1的方式 ?? <拜託 究竟是哪國研究>
身體同樣不愛跟肌肉索取熱量 尤其你有在運動 肌肉受到刺激的情況下
更不太會消耗肌肉 這是有研究證明的
實驗組在一半年期間 做吃到少於基代200卡左右的熱量 並規律運動
半年下來 瘦下來的脂肪跟肌肉重 約莫是十分之一
也就是說你瘦十公斤脂肪 也不過少一公斤的肌肉
對過於肥胖的人來說 我認為是利大於弊
當然你如果是在增肌期本來就不會採用吃不到基代的做法。

再提到板友常常問的 卻沒人願意回答的
身體分得清楚 那些能量是基礎代謝 哪些是運動消耗掉的嗎?
不然為什麼
你可以用
A)吃進1200 消耗基代1200+活動400=1600 每天-400熱量
卻不能用
B)吃進1000 消耗基代1200+活動200=1400 每天-400熱量
老實說 除非你做的活動有達到有氧區間 "使用不同的能量機轉"
不然A跟B 對身體而言 其實根本沒有什麼大差別

最後我還是要說 吃不到基代 只是方法之一
你去了解他的實際內涵 才能好好的運用他
身為一個健身教練 我絕對不會建議你用絕食的方式減肥
運動對你的身體有好沒壞 但是飲食控制絕對也很重要
怎麼控制在身體健康的區間 本來就不是吃到基代這麼簡單的事情
內容包含 氮平衡 血糖控制 等等..
我可以認同吃到基代是一個保險的作法
但你把它當作信仰來拜 就太超過了
至於有些板友說 你又不是營養師 吃不到基代 出事了你要負責嗎?
根本可笑 也許吃不到基代的風險比較大 (說真的其實控制良好也沒風險)
