連續運動了一個月
(連續是指一週至少運動五次,而非之前兩天捕魚三天曬網)
每次都先進行 20~30 分鐘重訓
(重量沒有定的很緊繃,足以讓我一組 20 下,連續 5 組而已)
重訓完接著有氧,過去一個月的阻力與速度始終如一
# 兩天捕魚三天曬網時,除非飛輪課,否則我無論日常活動或快走都不太流汗
# 一個月前,剛養成運動習慣時,有氧令我感到吃力,且汗流浹背
# 最近一兩週雖然輕鬆許多,但出汗量也大幅降低(自己感覺健身房溫差沒有很大,室溫
應該不是主因)

想請教各位:
1. 為什麼阻力與速度保持不變的情況下,出汗量會大幅降低?
2. 為什麼有氧前若無重訓,出汗量亦會大幅降低?
3. 若想要汗流浹背,是不是一定要改變阻力或速度?(可是覺得膝蓋負荷量差不多就這
樣了?!)
