我有大概10KG放在山上
不知原po多重?
太重比較不好喔
然後不管多重 爬山請帶護膝
不要省這個錢 你買了之後戴看看就知道
差 超 多
真的差超多 (<字字血淚)
然後我建議找你交通最方便的山
一次半小時上去 半小時下來就可以了
不過感覺原po本來是沒啥運動習慣的?
爬山腿部肌肉不夠 很容易受傷喔
真的要去請千萬買護膝
