Table of Contents
小弟暑假是這樣安排的:
星期一:胸
星期二:二頭&三頭
星期三:三角&斜方&背
星期四:胸
星期五:前臂&二頭
星期六日:有養運動慢跑。
小弟身高167
體重大約在60左右
最主要是希望自己上半身能夠更大隻,
然後小弟也想要一隻粗狀的手臂。
不知道有什麼需要修正的地方嗎?
