我覺得早餐要吃夠!!
我本來也是常便秘體質
最近開始幫男友做早餐 做完早餐也順便自己吃一份
結果美次吃完都會"恩恩’ 很神奇喔 比喝果汁神奇....
可能早餐有喚醒腸胃功能的作用吧
最好要吃點有油脂的 我都煎蛋餅 煎餃 那類的....油脂可以潤腸道
不要吃太油就好....
