有運動習慣卻一直瘦不下來,求救板娘大哥 - 減肥

年齡:22
身高:161.5cm
體重:64.4kg
BMI:24.5
體脂率:25.4%
基礎代謝率:1331
目標: 希望可以瘦到53,體脂肪率降到20%
三餐內容
早餐(7:30~8:00):全家御飯糰*1+290ml低脂鮮乳*1
午餐(11:00~12:30):學校超油自助餐(因為住宿無法自己煮)
白飯半碗 三菜一肉 肉通常是魯大雞腿,秋刀魚,皮蛋豆腐
午點:一個柑橘
晚餐(4:30~5:30):跟午餐一樣
晚點:一根香蕉(肚子不餓就不吃)
日常作息時間:7:30起床 通常1:00睡(睡眠品質不是很好 很容易被吵醒)
三餐基本上正常時間吃,但因為二四五中午有課(只有10分鐘的下課時間),
而且課上到下午兩點多,所以只能先吃水果果腹再去吃自助餐
生活型態:學生(以前成功減肥過,但是因為太愛吃復胖5kg)
運動習慣:一到五有氧30分鐘+重訓15~30分鐘 六跳拳擊有氧1小時 日休息
有氧慢跑跑步機4km,滑步機,飛輪 三選一
之前打過球隊
我的問題:已經持續一個月了,體重不降反而上升一公斤,請問整個計畫是出了什麼問題?
是因為運動量或強度不足嗎? 還是是飲食的關係?
