先附上人權數字和目前正在使用的裝備供參考
深蹲:200kg,日常會搭配Converse all star練蹲,使用護具有 護腕 以及 腰帶
硬舉:220kg,日常會搭配Converse all star練蹲,使用護具有 拉力帶 以及 腰帶
臥推:130kg,日常會搭配Converse all star練蹲,使用護具有 護腕
大致上內容是這樣
最近因為身體狀況的不適和各種大小傷與病,開始讓成績大退步,其實心裡蠻氣餒的,開始想要好好的調整好好的休息一陣子
突然想到其實我護具和鞋子使用的東西其實都並不是相當專業的配件,想說是否能從護具去著手
目前比較想去購買 護膝 和 鞋子,但有些問題想請教:
1.護膝對於深蹲1rm來說,是否有加成效果? 雖然看似有更強的支撐,但是否能有讓成績更好的效果?
小弟沒有膝蓋的舊傷或問題,是否推薦購買護膝?
2.鞋子其實常年穿converse all star和jordan在練,以前沒有感覺過什麼問題,但這陣子的slump暴跌,讓自己開始信心動搖,有種
每次硬舉都感覺槓鈴離我好遠的感覺(暈
讓我有想要買一雙硬舉鞋的衝動
不知道各位是否有類似的經驗或是推薦的硬舉鞋?
舉重鞋就pass了,並不適合我要的硬舉專項,我已經離槓鈴很遠了(哭哭
我個人也沒有腳踝活動度不好的問題
希望大家能推薦我一雙好硬舉的鞋子(如果也能深蹲臥推當然最好,但我穿C牌J牌練這兩項目前沒有任何問題)
