有關訓練手臂肌力訓練的問題 - 健身

原po是女生,因為覺得手臂的掰掰肉搖得很猖狂,
所以開始做一些有關手臂的重量訓練機器「seated dip](我不知道中文翻譯是什麼)
因為看機器的介紹圖片好像是會訓練到手臂那部位,所以我做得很勤,
幾乎每天都去壓個20~30下....然後就出現一些問題,讓我懷疑還該不該繼續做
問題一:我壓的重量從一開始10kg,到現在可以壓40kg,因為我一直以為
壓越重掰掰肉就消失越快,所以我幾乎在我能力許可下
每個禮拜就會升級我壓的重量,但最近我發現....
掰掰肉是真的比較不會搖了,但...手臂圍並沒有變少,
而且穿緊身一點的衣服時,居然會把手臂那地方撐大,
那種感覺就像健美先生穿緊身T時,把手臂那邊撐大的感覺很像
只是我沒有肌肉線條,但.....這樣並不好看,而且也怕如果
一直加重量也一直訓練,後果變成健美先生那種手臂的線條,我會欲哭無淚
所以想請問,如果我的訴求只是想讓手臂變細,
那我是不是不要一直加重量了?還是乾脆別做這個機器了?
問題二:之前有在美體版問過「手背青筋變粗變明顯」的問題,
我是合理懷疑可能是做手臂重訓所導致的,但也沒有得到一個解決的辦法
所以想請問做手部重訓產生青筋的狀況在別的女生做手部重訓身上也出現嗎
如果是,那大家怎麼去改善呢?畢竟女生手部有青筋真的不算是性感耶~~
這2個問題真的很困擾我,可能我嚮往的是像model那種手臂,緊貼著身體時也不會
發散開來,纖細既不粗曠!!
