1.有人建議我,練背的同一天最好也要練胸
有一定需要嗎?因為目前,我還是沒什麼在做練胸的機台
還是專注練腿和背
2.不明的黑青
在做重訓時,做完洗澡出來,
發現不明的黑青,確定沒有任何被打到
以前曾經出現過,在上臂,最近出現在上手臂*2,大腿,膝蓋
請問是因為我吃的不夠好?還是因為我太累?(最近是有點忙加上有些事睡不好)
或是因為我太勉強自己加重量?
還請版上的神人幫忙解答,謝謝 :)
最近是有點瘋狂有點累
飛輪+combat+balance
飛輪+pump+偏肌力的瑜珈
pump+飛輪+hi-low
嗯,只是因為有點想用運動忘記不開心的事情........
