日常作息時間 : 很規律,早上約七點半左右會自動醒來(生理時鐘),八點上班五點下班。
晚上睡覺時間大約12點至1點之間
生活型態:上班族
減肥方式:控制食慾、騎腳踏車運動每兩天一次(每次約半小時至一小時)
問題陳述:撇去其他減肥的問題不談
我想問的是有關我個人的食慾問題。
先說明我的身體基本狀況,表面上應該算是很健康(目前表面上是這樣)
可能因為個人體質的關係,我從小沒有吃早餐的習慣,
而且從不因為這件事情困擾。
(意思是並不會沒吃早餐就頭暈、低血糖、心情不好、身體虛弱....etc.)
我可以吃早餐,也可以不吃早餐,基本上吃與不吃我的身體都不會感到差異。
如果因為想減肥所以一整天三餐都不吃,基本上我的身體也毫無感覺....
我曾經這樣嘗試約連續一個禮拜(就是幾乎是禁食的狀態,有喝很多水),
這當然是極不健康極不自然的錯誤減肥方式
(純粹分享給版友分析,絕不推薦,請勿學習,且當時我正經歷情傷,所以...)
令人驚訝的是,我的身體並沒有任何異樣....一點點不舒服的感覺都沒有。
沒有虛弱,沒有頭暈,沒有想吐,沒有任何症狀,甚至沒有『飢餓』感。
請問這樣我的身體正常嗎? (問題1)
我的身體很少會主動感到『飢餓』而需要進食。
但是我的口和腦卻偶爾會有非常強烈的食慾。
簡單來說就是,當我吃東西的時候幾乎都是『因為想要滿足口腔』而非身體。
正餐如此、零食也如此。
更嚴重的問題是,一旦我開始進食常常會有停不下來的狀況。
『一旦開始吃了一點點東西就會想接著吃非常多東西』這個狀況很常發生。
所以我常常吃到身體已經極度飽和到想吐了,我的口腔和腦袋卻還想再吃。
請問這樣我需要看心理醫生嗎? 這種食慾是正常的嗎? (問題2)
因此綜合以上狀況,應該版友也能看出我的減肥方式...
那就是我一定得用禁食的方式減肥 (我一點也不想,這方式完全是錯的)
因為如果我禁食,那我就可以所有食物都不吃不沾。
一旦我吃東西,哪怕只是一口一點點,馬上就會引發腦中的食慾大開。
不管身體需要或者不需要,我都會無限制一直吃。
減肥的最健康方式就是吃適量的餐點、做適量的運動。
如今我不管有沒有運動,都無法吃適量的餐點,這件事情讓我很困擾。
要只吃適量的東西、壓下腦中瘋狂湧上來的食慾,真的需要極大的克制力...
因為我常常無法克制,於是只好選擇全部都不吃。
(而且我的身體又很怪,偏偏又能承受這樣的禁食而無任何異狀)
請問這樣畸形的狀況,有什麼好的方法可以解決嗎?
