知道基代和有氧運動等版上許多人強調的東西
可是我一個朋友的減肥方法真的讓我不知道為什麼他可以瘦
所以想來問問看大家!!
大約兩年前還有聽說我那個朋友(以下簡稱P好了)晚上會去競走或跑步之類的
但因為後來他們搬家後
就幾乎沒聽過他有任何有氧運動
不過她每天晚上會花一個小時的時間 非常用力的按摩他的腳
用力到腳都瘀血了 (另外他用的是薇姿的瘦身霜)
吃的方面的話
就我所知 早餐和午餐都正常
但是晚餐 前陣子是都只吃一顆水煮蛋、一瓶無糖去冰飲料、還有水果
最近是有聽到說有吃關東煮(但好像只有吃菜、蘿蔔等東西)
和麻辣鴨血之類的
因為之前有爬文 我完全不能苟同P的瘦身方法
認為他體重雖然輕 但體脂應該很高之類的
結果之前他去量體脂 好像才17%
對女生來說算低的吧!!
P的身高約153公分 體重好像不到40公斤
BMI算起來才17左右而已 甚至不到17
因為他一直不願意透露他的體重
我不是想說說不定不用有氧也可以瘦
但是P的例子真的讓我覺得很奇怪!!
不知道有沒有人可以幫我解答一下到底是怎麼回事嗎?
