我每週練三天, 大概像肌肉沙灘板的置底新手菜單那樣
然後有氧是x-bike每兩天至少一次, 因為有時候事情比較多
所以不一定會跟重訓同一天, 不過間隔時間都在三四個小時以上
想問健身有成的女孩們都是多久才看得到/感覺得到一點成果的呀?
真的好想要二頭肌喔(像pe52ts板友那樣)
當然主要是想增加力量啦, 至少讓我揮得動球棒(現在一揮就握不穩, 超弱)
但如果外型也能練出來就更好了
可是走到哪(Beautybody/FITNESS/Musclebeach)都看到
"肌肉很難練", "女生更難", "不用就會消失"這類說法
看了實在有點灰心哪......
想請問健身有成的女孩們大概多久時間看到成效呢? 可以分享一下菜單嗎:p
還是如果想要看到肌肉的話, 多有氧消脂比重訓練大實際嗎= =
