我是大學有練過一點健身
大概是一個禮拜會去健身房兩三次那種
所以大概是手臂還算可以
不過上班以後 ( 到醫院工作)
整體就胖起來
最近就是想靠運動少吃剪下來
三個禮拜瘦身三公斤
體指下降一點點
不過人看起來手臂越來越大
如果要瘦身為主
現在式先不要重訓比較好嗎
我不想變成大支老...
