可能是我的語氣或用字遣詞引起某人或某些人不滿
但既然妳專門發了一篇文來對我發出警告,而原文妳也PO出來了
那對於此篇文章PO的言論呢?
以下節錄部份原文
人一天利用有氧來燃燒的脂肪是有限的
例如 一天只能燃燒40分有氧的脂肪 你卻做了100分有氧
那麼除了燃燒了40分有氧的脂肪外
剩下60分有氧 燃燒的不是脂肪 可能是肌肉

相信常看本版的朋友就知道 消到肌肉是大忌
所以這就是為何我堅持 每天40分X-BIKE
少了燃燒不到脂肪 多了浪費時間體力
但是這40分鐘 我的心跳一定要拉到保持在130~140

這是一個時間比例的舉例
並非"一天燃燒脂肪的有氧只能40分"
而是有氧重點是"心跳"
而且"時間短無法減脂 時間長浪費體力"
這才是原文本意

請問板娘是在為此人這段言論背書嗎?
妳認為他這段話是對的嗎?

為何不評論引發爭論的有爭議論點?
我不管妳要同意或反對他的論點
重點是,若妳評論了任何一個人的態度
那也應該評論引發爭議的言論或事件本身
我的想法很簡單,我知道的事情別人不一定也都必須知道,這沒錯
可是這不代表可以造謠,或說一些完全沒有根據的觀念去誤導他人!!!!!
運動初學者從0到1的階段最為困難,不代表他可以不負責任地胡說八道!!!!
初學者不代表他在面對他人的指正時可以大言不慚的說他才是正確觀念!!!!
我對此人唯一有意見之處在此

但是我要說
體適能板越來越跟體適能無關
這個板已經成為減肥板
一個減重25Kg的人可以在這個板推銷謬論
但在落落長的文章卻看不到任何一點對「體適能」的一點要求
文章中完全著重在於減肥
身體健康、適應能力、心肺耐力、最大肌肉等等.....
不管是哪個面向的身體能力指標
文章中完全看不到這方面的自我要求或期許
整篇文章只有我減重25kg我好棒,其他什麼也看不到
想請問,除了減少25kg的體重以外
這篇文章到底「體適能」在哪裡?
而且此人的謬論還獲得板娘的默認
此風再不改,這個板沒救
乾脆跟減肥日記板合併好了
