最近在健身,一直克制糖份和澱粉攝取,
已經一個多沒碰甜的,有時後真的會很暈,
今天健身完真的好渴,已經受不了的我,
又跑去飲料店買柳橙綠茶無糖,
跟上次一樣,我還特地問柳橙是不是糖精,
他說是現搾的,喝的時候真的有果粒,
也看到它是現搾的,就比較安心,
但是喝起來還是覺得有一點點甜,
這樣會不會攝取的熱量太高呢?
現在的罪惡感還是好重(跟上次一樣)....
