有女性朋友(2x yr)
一直跟我說他體脂肪18%「這樣實在太高了」,
一直跟我跳針說女生體脂肪19%「算很高」。
我嚴重懷疑這是平行世界裡的運動生理學,
引述給對方資料還是無法說服對方。
我認為業餘運動員,
例如可以四小時跑完 全馬的年輕女性,
就算到20%也還是很標準。
而且對方是因為瘦(體重4x)
而不是強壯肌肉多才導致18%
而對方想增加肌肉
我認為他這種案例應該要
脂肪和肌肉的增加並重
理由是他非職業運動員
沒有足夠鍛鍊時間和嚴格的飲食控制
(也沒打算增加更多鍛鍊和飲食控制)
想靠著增加肌肉來增加體重
難度會很高,而且有可能不健康
因為身體會自動找到合理的平衡/體脂肪比例
想請板眾對他這種觀念來評評理,
順便請教我的想法有沒有正確
