極度疲累的時候,睡覺無法有效放鬆 - 健身

大家好,有一件事情困擾很久了
我有減脂的需求,查找各種資料和爬文後,知道減脂最重要的原則就是熱量赤字。
因為開伙不便,我幾乎都以便利商店為食
目前的辦法是:
1.早餐吃一份便利商店的沙拉(餐盒標示200卡)+美式咖啡一杯、
2.午、晚餐各吃一個小七或全家的健身便當(各500卡以下)
除此之外就完全不進食了,只喝茶葉泡的純茶
總之會把每日攝取熱量控制在1200卡左右。
其實我超愛吃垃圾食物,洋芋片、各種甜點、手搖飲料、炸物來者不拒
但為了改善體態,已經改掉非常多;
個人意志力也算強(個性有點拗吧XD),說不吃就不吃,
除了上述食物以外,其餘時間真的完全不吃。
但是但是但是,唯一的罩門就是「疲勞」
我觀察自己很久了,發現自己吃垃圾食物的習慣,來自於學生時代以來長年的習慣
年輕時無法分辨飢餓與疲勞,
只要一有不適的感覺就用吃來解決,沒有發現自己其實不是餓、而是累。
(對自己的課業要求又很高,總覺得我沒時間睡覺,趕快吃一吃、塞一塞,繼續做事。)
多年來與體脂肪奮戰,已經知道疲累就應該睡覺。
但最近遇到的問題是,下班後如果覺得累,回到家我會先小睡一會,
再爬起來吃晚餐、做晚上的事。
但如果疲累到超過某個程度,會有點睡不著(過度亢奮?心裡惦記晚上要完成的事項?)
一直有一股衝動,要去吃垃圾食物。
我彷彿看到自己的靈魂出竅,冷眼旁觀一個理智的自己vs衝動的自己在吵架拔河= =
有時理智會贏(但贏得很辛苦)、有時衝動會贏。
吃完垃圾食物之後,衝動還真的就消失了、也有放鬆的感覺。
我覺得這樣不太對,正確的減脂飲食,不應該經常需要動用這麼大的意志力才對。
這件事真的讓我非常苦惱,為了管理飲食做的諸多努力,常常就這樣毀於一旦,
雖然沒有變胖,但體型也始終沒甚麼進步。
想請問:「有沒有甚麼方式,改善/避開疲勞造成的飲食衝動」?
