主要是看肱骨移動的角度來判斷,寬握手的動作會像臥推的相反。肱骨主要在做水平外展
的動作,所以訓練到後三角肌比較多,同時因為力臂變長所以對於肩胛骨內收肌(中下斜
方,菱形肌)的張力比較大,所以也有人說會練到後收肌。
窄握的話主要是闊背與大圓肌來出力就像你說的跟地雷管一樣動作。肱骨做矢狀面伸展的
動作,對肩胛骨內收肌張力較小。所以如果要確保訓練的是闊背應該盡量在拉的時候注意
手肘不要開掉以免後三角跳出來代償。
另外兩種訓練法都要避免聳肩以免上斜方跟提肩胛肌代償槓鈴上升的動作。
