標題可能有點驚悚
不過實際上大概摔下三階而已啦
但是往前飛撲的時候兩邊膝蓋著地
現在有點腫
左腳腳踝好像有點扭傷
不過目視沒有非常腫
只有走路的時候有點卡卡的
查資料都說腳腫的時候要先冰敷
可是現在沒什麼腫想請問到底是要冰敷還是熱敷?
好不容易盼到放晴想要去好好跑一跑
結果就摔倒了 真是有夠倒楣的Q_Q
