請問各位版友...
妳們的理想體重是多少呢?!
我從去年10/20開始減肥 當時是接近53公斤
(我身高只有150..)
而經過接近5個月的運動+晚餐節食後
現在是46公斤
運動是靠有扶手的踏步機 每天踏40分鐘
(都有帶護膝)
BMI從23.5降到20.4
體脂從30降到24
但是我現在只要有一天不運動就擔心會胖回來
所以一直不敢中斷
而且一直運動就會慢慢的再瘦下來
除了第一個月瘦了2公斤外 後來平均每個月瘦1公斤
每達到一個目標 我就只好再設定一個更瘦的目標
現在覺得再這樣一直下去也不是辦法 = =
所以想請問各位...
大概瘦到多少妳們就會適可而止?!
之後要怎麼維持體重呢?!
上述2個問題我想了很久很久 麻煩各位幫我一下
