我大學的時候,有一天和友人(男男女女都有)在社團活動做起立蹲下大概300下,
做到大腿不是自己的。
當天課後相當痠軟,就是下樓梯要扶~ 不然很容易膝蓋一軟就要跪惹~
不過因為男男女女症狀都一樣,自己沒有在意,想說幾天後就好了。
因為當時工作的關係,隔天上午還有送一些大量的手搖杯飲料(要爬樓梯的那種),
大腿開始越來越腫脹,壓力越來越大,
不只痠軟無力,還有一種僵硬、疼痛的感覺,上下樓梯都有困難。
(此時友人已開始恢復,並開始嗆我平常太少運動云云。)
直到第三天晚上,我晚上睡覺狂冒汗,
大腿非常不舒服到完全睡不著,躺著閉眼時,
思緒也開始混亂,腦中自己和自己對話,這時才真正警覺自己怪怪的。
馬上清醒勉強下床GOOGLE了一下,然後發現自己尿液是褐色、少尿、腫脹感...
後來當然就自己騎車到高雄海總,一進門就跟護士說,
「我要掛急診,我橫紋肌溶解。」
護士姊姊不屑的看著我說「你是學生吧... 你又怎麼知道你橫紋肌溶解...」
就一個完全不信的樣子,但還是禮貌性請我先躺在床上。
這時我發現,我無法上床了!!!
因為病床有一個高度,而我的大腿僵硬到,我完全上不去!
才快請醫生過來,幫我測了一個CPK值,數值出來6000多,
後來自己GOOGLE新聞,7000就有腎衰竭案例....
總之就會打點滴幫你加速排除體內的廢物,觀察一下,
如果大腿還沒減壓,就可能要開刀強制減壓。
後來我算恢復良好,住院六天,保險費領了六萬超爽的。
癒後情況(4年後),我覺得目前大腿肌力,有比以前差一點,比一般人更容易酸。
