正常吃但每天打羽毛球會瘦嗎? - 美體

因為我本身很貪吃,
最近開始減肥,
在版上爬文有一陣子,
了解到不能以節食的方式減肥,
吃太少也會有溜溜效應,
所以我不太敢節食減肥,
於是我和以前比起來,
捨去零食和飲料與各種垃圾食物,
當然消夜也不碰了,
但除了以上,
我的三餐都正常吃,
吃的東西也不會避免澱粉類,
因為不太能做劇烈運動(心臟容易不舒服),
所以我用羽毛球代替運動,
不知道是不是天氣熱的關係,
我還是有流汗(但不到喘),
不曉得這樣的方式能不能健康的瘦下來呢?
