有沒有人願意分享正確的走路姿勢呢?
因為我的小腿很粗、除了肌肉很結實很硬,加上脂肪一整個肥大
遠遠看起來小腿幾乎跟大腿一樣粗(小腿圍37cm)
我的走路姿勢一直不是很正確,所以更像置底所說的
加上我的體重每天都在幫小腿做重訓
而我每天都會快走6km以上,走路時更能感覺小腿的用力
想請問有沒有人能說說正確的走路姿勢
例如腳向前跨時重心如何移轉?腳跟著地或腳尖?內外側何處先著地?
先抬大腿再拉起膝蓋小腿的方式是否正確(出力點在大腿)?還是出力點在膝蓋?
抬起放下時的呼吸等等
希望能藉由這種細部卻最常使用的調整,讓漸漸瘦的體型更加好看
