每天抓到機會就動,可以減肥嗎 ? - 美體

想請問一下,每天抓到機會就動一動可以達到減肥的效果嗎 ?
還是一定要有氧持續30分鐘以上 ?
我禮拜一到五上下學都各騎15分鐘的腳踏車,
再搭配從十樓走到十六樓 (一趟)
上述這樣子有到運動的效果嗎 ?
然後晚上都會騎x-bike 30~60分鐘不等
阻力4,沒有看時速耶,可是會盡自己的腳力一直踩
致於飲食嘛,因為最近類似腸胃炎,
胃剛剛才康復,所以都不是吃很多
可是不太挑食,澱粉蔬菜水果什麼都吃
也沒有節食這樣
重點是我會便祕 OTZ
超嚴重的便秘,前一陣子有喝優酪乳
但好像慢慢沒什麼效果了 ... OTZ
請問我這樣子持續下去可以看到成果嗎 !!! XDD
