每天爬山減脂疑問 - 健身

從過年開始我就實行168 目標是體脂15%
脂肪都集中在肚子上QQ
早上不吃,吃午餐和晚餐
午/晚餐大概是半碗飯,雞/豬/牛肉,蛋,青菜
不過我最近早上都會去爬九五峰
如果是連續階梯我就會衝刺上去,但其實蠻多時間會是緩坡,一趟都至少三小時

如果早上下雨我就會做30分鐘的HIIT

但是如果我早上爬山前就會吃早餐(無糖豆漿和鮪魚蛋餅),這樣就沒168了
因為不吃的話會比較沒力,且好像會消耗到肌肉?
但是晚餐的話我一定要吃,這樣大家怎麼看?
