每天都固定運動,基礎代謝卻下降了 - 美體

各位大大你好:
這幾個禮拜一直被這個問題所困擾...
目前的運動習慣為每天騎X-bike 阻力5 20分鐘
以及鄭多燕舞蹈30分鐘
也都在固定時間量體重及BMI 等
但最近卻發現 體重雖然慢慢下降了 但基礎代謝也下降了> <
本來基礎代謝是1293,但這幾天從1293 降到1281
昨天量只剩下1274.... 冏
我的生活習慣、飲食都很正常啊 怎麼會這樣啊?
